DELIVERY: Most orders go out within two to five days of receipt. Due to weight and size restrictions, express shipping may not be available for large orders. A physical address is necessary for delivery. We are unable to ship to PO boxes. All orders must have a physical address entered as the shipping address. Back-ordered items will be shipped when available at no additional shipping charge. Some items will require a separate order with an additional shipping charge. Three-day delivery orders received after 12:30 pm EST will be shipped the next business day. Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Three-day delivery is not available for items on back-order.
DAMAGE IN TRANSIT: We pack every item as carefully as possible, but occasionally something may arrive damaged. If that happens, please retain all original packing material and notify us immediately by calling customer service (see below). Please open packages immediately and report damage within 7 days of receipt.
